Russian MARGOLIN bears a single proof mark from the LIEGE proofhouse, namely an
"L in a circle surmounted by a flame." This indicates that it is a foreign-made
weapon and that it is recognized as fit for service in Belgium. This mark was
valid from June 30, 1924 to the present day!!
I
searched the internet and archives for "DORLA CHARLEROI" without finding
anything! This is most likely a gun dealer who has since disappeared.
