Berloque or guns bracket was a long time and is still made in Austria. The various models were produced in Austria of the end of the 19th century until in the years 1950. The carcasses are of steel and of nickel chromium. They have a pin arises to maintain the barrel in closed position.

The most common handles were made of thin copper with drawings engraved in relief; they are out of silver - and more rarely out of gold - plated. The other matters whose handle include mother-of-pearl and young elm.
